Villa Margarita is approached through an electric gate and has an attractive rounded front and porch. Margarita is on a flat plot of land with steps going to the front and back doors.  The outdoor kitchen has full size fridge/hot plate/ BBQ plus full set of crockery for outside use.   In lovely mature gardens, with it's own private heated swimming pool,with electric gates and an alarm system it is private and secure. Margarita is at the end of the road next door to Villa El Dorado. Whether you are a couple wanting a nice quiet, private break in the sun or a family making use of your own private pool Villa Margarita will be right for you.

Accommodation - Margarita has a spacious open plan sitting room, dining room and kitchen. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor with the shower and separate cloakroom. Upstairs is a double en-suite bedroom and bathroom, with sun terraces front and back.Double doors lead from the sitting room, down steps, directly to the pool, terrace and outdoor kitchen. Flat screen TV with Sky TV. DVD player with surround sound music system, i pod docking station and radio. Bedrooms and Bathrooms

All three bedrooms are well appointed with air conditioning, large pine wardrobes and ample storage and hanging space. The windows have wooden shutters for keeping the sun out.The comfortable double beds are 160 by 200 cm. All the beds have memory foam mattress's and crisp white cotton sheets. Bright white towels for use in the house with coloured towels supplied for use by the pool.
